I didn't have a problem, just billing questions. I was impressed not that I received an initial response within 24hrs (which in itself is rare) but when I replied thanking them for their prompt service and answering my questions without requiring me to follow up with additional emails, they actually acknowledged that as well. The entire exchange was very quick, very professional, and very accurate.

I have only been with Gate.com for a few months. I was with hostsave.com for a number of years but hostsave.com either changed their name to Gate.com or sold their business to Gate.com. I'm not sure which. Either way, the transition between the two was seamless and Gate.com was very helpful answering my billing questions. I would have no reason not to recommend them. I've had 100% up time since the transition on the two domains I have with them, and you can't beat the prices. Hope that helps you!
